XamePage, its logo, design, and all software are the property of McErima International Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

XamePage integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google), Flutterwave (operating under our affiliated trading entity G2 CONFECTIONERIES), Paystack, Twilio, and Cloudinary. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures.

9. Disclaimers

XamePage is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Financial services are provided through third-party processors and we do not guarantee transaction success.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, McErima International Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of XamePage, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds, or business interruption.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate Nigerian courts.
