1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and McErima International Limited ("Company", "we", "us") governing your use of XamePage and all related services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use XamePage.
- You must provide accurate information during registration.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts.
- Accounts created by bots or automated methods are prohibited.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and Xame-ID.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@xamepage.com.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use XamePage to:
- Send spam, harassment, threats, or abusive content.
- Share illegal content including child exploitation material.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the platform.
- Use the app for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity.
- Distribute malware or malicious code.
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law.
5. XamePay Wallet Services
- XamePay is a digital wallet service for sending, receiving, and managing funds.
- All financial transactions are processed through licensed payment processors including Flutterwave (operating under our affiliated trading entity G2 CONFECTIONERIES) and Paystack.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of all payment details you enter.
- We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by you.
- Wallet funds are not insured by any government deposit protection scheme.
- We reserve the right to freeze wallets suspected of fraudulent activity.
- Transaction fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before confirmation.
6. Content You Share
- You retain ownership of content you create and share on XamePage.
- By sharing content, you grant us a limited licence to store and transmit it for the purpose of delivering the service.
- You are solely responsible for the content you share.
- We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
XamePage, its logo, design, and all software are the property of McErima International Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
XamePage integrates third-party services including Firebase (Google), Flutterwave (operating under our affiliated trading entity G2 CONFECTIONERIES), Paystack, Twilio, and Cloudinary. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or failures.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, McErima International Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of XamePage, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of funds, or business interruption.
11. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from the app settings.
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use XamePage ceases immediately.
- Wallet balances at termination will be handled per our refund policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, through the appropriate Nigerian courts.
